Bleeding After A Baby Tooth Falls Out

Fold and pack  clean gauze or cloth over bleeding area. Have the child bite on the gauze with pressure for 15 minutes. Encourage patient to swallow and not hold saliva in their mouth. Constant spitting can dislodge the clot. If  bleeding persists, call/text a dentist.
