Our Humanitarian Efforts

In July 2012 Dr. Diana Kyrkos planned a fundraising benefit to honor the memory of her long time friend and colleague, Dr. Debrah Musacchia. The successful event raised seventeen thousand dollars for Island Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary located in Port Clinton, Ohio.

One of our on going interests is the Karen P. Nakon Foundation. Their Mission is twofold: to provide funds that will support breast cancer research and to extend financial assistance to families who are burdened with the cost of the staggering cost of breast cancer treatment.

In addition to her practice and taking care of her family, Dr. Diana strongly believes in giving back to the community. “It is important to the entire team that we donate our time and talents each year toward a worthy cause.” Each year, members of the team suggest possible humanitarian causes in which to participate. The Bay Arts Festival, Bay Days 5K Race, and The Providence house are just some of community activities she supports.

These are only some of the on going humanitarian projects! Just recently, Dr. Kyrkos signed up to support The Dean Paras Foundation for Neuroendocrine Cancer Research. To see some of our past relief projects see the pictures below.
